Hearing not only about my services but others in the waiting room, Nick really helps create a stress free environment with his personality, as well as ensuring the customers/clients understand the services that needs to be performed before he returns to the service areas. The video I received in the email shows the quality this service center puts into their work, highlighting a nail in my tire, showing the new oil filter on the vehicle, and (off video) was washed and detailed. The tech's performance was fantastic as well. I couldn't be happier with his or his teams performance, and will be scheduling other services soon. More

Our experience with the the Suntrup Service Department was great! Tim M. was wonderful to work with, updating me on the progress during the time they had my mother-in-law's vehicle. Tbey were able to quickly get us an appointment after her car had to be towed there, which was SO appreciated, and Tim even texted to let me know when the vehicle was first dropped off. We will definitely return in the future even despite the fact that it's not the closest Hyundai dealer to our home. Customer service goes a long way! More

Took my Hyundai Palisade in for routine maintenance. Was immediately met by Veronica who checked me in and paged Tim to let him know I was there.
