Our experience with the the Suntrup Service Department was great! Tim M. was wonderful to work with, updating me on the progress during the time they had my mother-in-law's vehicle. Took my Hyundai Palisade in for routine maintenance. Was immediately met by Veronica who checked me in and paged Tim to let him know I was there.
