When I called in January about a new car on their website the salesman tried to jack the price up by almost $4,000! He claimed it was listed for the wrong price! That’s false advertising! I then bought a use the salesman tried to jack the price up by almost $4,000! He claimed it was listed for the wrong price! That’s false advertising! I then bought a used Hyundai at a neighboring dealer. It didn’t take long for several small problems to pop up. There was still plenty of warranty left, so I scheduled an appointment online with a request for someone to call me back with answers to questions I listed. No one ever called! I used to manage a service BDC for a neighboring dealer, so I know they got the message and request. I then called to try to schedule again. The girl couldn’t answer my questions, so I asked the name of the service manager. I left Billy at least two messages, but he never returned my call. This experience made me so mad and frustrated that I sold the car, and took a loss, rather than having to deal with Suntrup! I’m now back in a Chevy so I can go to Jim Butler. More

I would give negative stars if I could. There service department is a joke. The most unprofessional, useless, lazy, rude, with absolute no customer service. Especially there service manager There service department is a joke. The most unprofessional, useless, lazy, rude, with absolute no customer service. Especially there service manager Billy G. I will not give his last name but he is by far the worst person I have every delt with. He feels the need to lie and make excuses for not performing service. Then he continued to then show aggressive behavior by smaking a desk and throwing his hands up like a child. This is where I got mad and he continued to ask for his name and walked away from me throwing his hands up then turns around to tell me to get out. I'm assuming because he felt the need to show some more aggression. I hope this goes viral and they make some serious changes to their personnel. I'm absolutely taken back by the treatment I received. I will give credit if you have read this long to their sales team. They were more helpful and polite and knew how to treat a customer. Their sales director took care of our situation to the best of his ability and the sales team was nothing but apologetic. Sales team A+, service department terrible. More
