Our experience with Suntrup Hyundai, Tony Schumann in particular, began on an extremely positive note. As a background, my wife and I had visited another Hyundai in West County St. Louis (D.T.) to t particular, began on an extremely positive note. As a background, my wife and I had visited another Hyundai in West County St. Louis (D.T.) to test drive a genesis coupe and a Santa Fe, and had an awful expierence (we were promised an extremely good price, and after 9 hours, got a price nearly 300 more per month than originally quoted). Fast forward a few weeks, and I filled out a simple "I'm interested" form on the Suntrup website, not thinking anything of it, not expecting a response. Tony responded within 10 Minutes with a follow up email. From the beginning Tony was interested in helping me, and perhaps my wife get a new car. Tony and I spent quite a while on the phone, and from the start of the call was nothing but honest. So we set up a time to visit the dealership later in the week. We were greeted right away by Tony, and began he process of allowing us to test drive. The entire time he was courteous, knowlegable and very friendly. We sat down to begin negotiations, which were extremely smooth. Tony was very upfront about pricing and trade in's and any available rebates. We agreed on a great price (which easily beat the previous offer from another dealership), and the deal was done. Once the deal was complete, we were so impressed, we began the process of starting a new deal on a Santa Fe for my wife. All of the points previously mentioned with regards to the Genesis were relevant to the deal with the Santa Fe. Tony and Greg (the Sales Manager) stayed late to get the deal done and get us on the road with two brand new Hundai's. Tony was even courteous enough to call while we were driving home to make sure we got home safe, as the snow had begun to fall significantly. Overall, our experience was fantastic. From the deal, to the customer service, to the cars themselves, my wife and I cannot be happier. We never felt pressured into making a decision, and it was clear that the focus was on customer service, making us happy, not just moving veihicles off the lot. When we returned the following day to drop off the wife's trade in, the customer service and courtesy continued. The entire process was efficient, painless and enjoyable. I highly reccommend Tony and thank him for his help making this process as painless as possible. Thanks also to Greg and everyone at the dealership who were more than friendly, genuine and made this process fantastic. I worked with Tony Schumann when I went to buy a new car and I had a awesome expierence. I would reccomend him to all of my family and friends, he was friendly, nice and curtious. I have never had such a great time buying a new car. I was given respect by all who were working and was shocked at how well I was treated. I will go back to Suntrup for my next car and for my kids car, the people there were great. I never expected that I would get such a great deal and be treated so nicely. I have never had a more fun time buying a car in all the years I have bought cars, Tony was first class and so were all of the people he works with. I have bought several cars in my life and I will have to say this was the first time that I have ever met both the sales managers and shook their hands after making my purchase, all I can say is I got a lot more than I ever expected. As my sister-law- does not have a husband most of her needs in the line of buying cars and having them repaired fall into our hands. I have lucked out that by discovering Keith I am able to rely on him needs in the line of buying cars and having them repaired fall into our hands. I have lucked out that by discovering Keith I am able to rely on him to assist her with purchasing cars and not worry about her being taken for what little money she has. I have been able to send my sister-in-law in two times to buy two new cars from Keith Swearingen and I feel each time she got the best possible deal she was going to get from anyone. Each time he has been very respectful and mindful that she knows nothing about buying a car. She was 64 years old when she bought her first new car. She has always had other peoples junk, so when it did come time for her to be able to buy a new car it was a big task for everyone. Keith not only found the exact car she was looking for, but he was able to get her a good price for the car she traded in. In fact she was able to get a bigger and better car than what she had been looking for because of Keith. My in law was originally looking to buy an Accent, but with Keith’s help she was able to buy the bigger and nicer Sonata. Keith also worked with the finance manager to help her get payments that she could afford and not break the bank. Keith went over the complete car with her and showed her how every option on the car was to be used. Because of Keith, my sister-in-law will not take her car any place else to be service. She lives closer to other dealers, but refuses to take her car anywhere else. Keith has talked to and been very courtesy to her each time she takes her car in for maintenance work or oil changes. The service department has always completed all work requested and it was done at the time they said it would be. I have always found Keith to be dressed very nice and have an extremely great attitude with everyone he is dealing with.
