In addition to improved gas mileage, the IONIQ has safety features that are not available on the Elantra. Many are the same as on our 2016 KIA Sorento. The only one missing is the brake hold feature that lets you take your foot off the brake pedal at stop lights. More

Not a good experience I would not recommend this dealership. First off, it took 5 hours to get in and out of there with a car. We knew the exact car we wanted and it only I would not recommend this dealership. First off, it took 5 hours to get in and out of there with a car. We knew the exact car we wanted and it only took us 30 minutes to look at it and test drive the car. But it took 4 and a half hours for the negotiations and financing. That's way too long. They only had 2 finance guys on a Saturday in the spring time, that's not enough. We just sat there for a very long time. Secondly, they seemed to make the negotiation process very confusing. So confusing that we settled on a price and then they said they made a mistake on it and wanted more money. That was on the Suntrup guys, not A.R. our car salesman, he was a good guy. Thirdly, when I went to register the car three weeks later, I found out that the safety inspection (that comes with a certified pre owned car) was expired. They should have looked at that and did the safety inspection while I waited 2.5 hours for the finance guys. I had to drive the car back up to Suntrup to be inspected and make an extra trip to the DMV, that cost me another 2 hours. Fourthly, the price on the windshield said 22,500 and the price on the internet said 20,700, during the negotiation process they kept acting like we had gotten a reduction in price from the internet, like it was the year 2001, while we kept explaining that was the price that brought us into the dealership in the first place. In all the experience was annoying and took me nearly 7 hours to complete the whole process. My complaint is about Suntrup and how they operate, not our car salesman. More
