It tells us how dedicated he is to the service "of us"!He has accommodated any issue we have had or questions we asked. And we believe we are in the best and safest car we've owned. We had a Genesis 2012 prior to this recent purchase which was totalled after a direct "hit" from the rear while the Ford Sierra truck was traveling 55 mph talking to his wife on the phone and looking in another direction: We were grateful for the safety features that the Genesis provided us. And are very secure in our choice of another. More

Elantra Lease Fred, Frank and the Sales Manager (cannot recall name) did a great job working the numbers for us and accommodating us. There were some issues with having to come back and sign (to add my son to the lease) that when we came back the paperwork was supposed to be ready and we scheduled time to come back yet the paperwork was not ready and we had to wait for a while and would have waited longer if Frank would not have assisted getting us out the door. Fred was on vacation and that may have been some of the issue. Really liked dealing with Frank Roach, Fred McClary and the Sales manager--it was a pleasure. I think your showroom needs some updating and maybe needs to be a little ore roomy. Not as modern or up to date as some of the other dealerships I have been to. More
