Zack was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful explaining the differences between vehicles, the prices and the potential discounts listed on the website. Had an "old-school" salesman walked out that day, I probably wouldn't have purchased a vehicle there. Kudos to Zack for being able to sell me a vehicle because it is not an easy feat. :) I have not had a chance to use the service department thus far so cannot comment on anything there, but I am looking forward to scheduling maintenance appointments online.
