Unprofessional discussion I called Suntrup Hyundai to price the new Genesis G80 and spoke to Tommy. I asked if he was interested in quoting me a price over the phone since I h I called Suntrup Hyundai to price the new Genesis G80 and spoke to Tommy. I asked if he was interested in quoting me a price over the phone since I had already decided exactly what I wanted. He should have simply said "no thanks this is not how we do business" and we would have both gone on our separate ways. Instead he became irritated that I didn't want to come in the showroom and only wanted to discuss over the phone. When I told him the price I was looking to beat, he condescendingly questioned where I found the price. When I indicated another dealer had quoted me by email, he angrily told me the other dealer was a dumb@ss for offering that price and that I should take advantage of his stupidity. This lack of professionalism will make me steer clear from this dealership in the future. More

Great experience working with your salesman Frank Roach Frank showed us two 2017 Sonata Sports; Silver and light gray. We liked the light gray, but we bought the silver because it had the options we wanted Frank showed us two 2017 Sonata Sports; Silver and light gray. We liked the light gray, but we bought the silver because it had the options we wanted even though it had just been taken off of their loaner fleet with a few more than 4900 miles on it compare to much lower miles on the gray one. We only saw one small chip in the paint, which they touched up. Credit for the used mileage on this new car was less than we expected but not enough to break the deal. When we took delivery, it had been cleaned up very well. More
