Worst buying experience ever!! Deceptive selling practices! When dealing with the sales person, we thought we were agreeing on the price of the car and monthly payments. The first r Deceptive selling practices! When dealing with the sales person, we thought we were agreeing on the price of the car and monthly payments. The first round of paperwork showed the price of the car less trade in and rebates. We indicated that it was too much for the car and monthly payments. After the usual song and dance, we were shown a new amount which we thought was a reduced price for the car when in fact the reduction was strictly due to a down payment being applied. I feel that it was not clearly indicated what the “credits” actually were. I went to the dealership to discuss my concerns with the sales manager and he told me he would look into it and get back to me. It’s now been 7 days and I have not heard from anyone. I have left numerous messages but he hasn’t bothered to return any of my calls. In addition, at the time of the sale, we were told that we would receive a packet of paperwork in a few days. It’s been almost 2 weeks and we still have not received our paperwork. Poor customer service, poor follow up and poor sales tactics!! More
