I was disappointed to learn that the slightly used 2017 Tucson I purchased had only 1 key and no floor mats, especially since I wasn’t told this until AFTER the sale. The dealer is paying for a 2nd key to be made but I was told I am on my own with the floor mats. Definitely expected 2 keys and floor mats. More

Bought a new car Luke was very helpful with helping me find a new car. He stayed within our budget and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. What we original Luke was very helpful with helping me find a new car. He stayed within our budget and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. What we originally went there for got sold an hour before we got there. Luke looked up other options and we struck out again as that car got sold. He found one that was a little over our budget but with trade in could be considered. I’m glad he did because I love my new car. More

Good inventory but pricing is odd Had a good experience at this dealership and they have a pretty good inventory of pre owned cars. Salesmen was great and, did his job without being a Had a good experience at this dealership and they have a pretty good inventory of pre owned cars. Salesmen was great and, did his job without being a pushy annoying salesmen trying to force a car on me. The only thing that was odd was that I found a car I wanted online before going up to the dealership. When I got there and took a look at the car the sticker price was about $2000 higher than the online price. They did sell the vehicle to me at the online price but refused to go below that price but the vehicle did come with a 3 Month 3000 mile comprehensive warranty and a lifetime powertrain warranty. There is also a $200 fee that they would not back down on. Overall the experience was good and the vehicle was still worth the price. Just make sure you check out the online price beforehand and prepare to pay $200 over that but like I said the vehicle was still worth it. More
