I came in for a tailight replacement and after driving my car they verified my steering problem and another problem i had.. they fixed the rattle in my steering column and replaced another part and told me the repairs where covered by warranty---GOOD JOB!! thanks much rich johnson More

We test drove a couple and ended up deciding on one that was "the best" for a new driver according to the sales team. This vehicle passed safety and emissions, had one owner and test drove well. We paid cash and picked it up a few days later. Everything appeared fine until I was driving alongside my husband. He asked why I was going so slow and I said I was going the speed limit. Apparently I was not, which is hard to tell when test driving a vehicle, and we proceeded to test the car against our other vehicle. This speedometer is at least 10 off and should not have passed safety or been put on the lot. We called that day and waited for a reply and because it was an as is vehicle, they are unable to look at it for us. They even said they could not fix it the Ford dealer would have to. My thoughts were, why would you sell a car you cannot service? I went to.a big dealer, not a corner lot for this reason. Now I have a car that I refuse to put my son in as a new driver. More
The best car shopping experience ever!! We started our car search by googling Hyundai Tucson’s. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Napleton Hyundai. After a week of emails and phones calls, including an email stating the vehicle would be cleaned and gassed and ready for my test drive, I was told upon arrival that the vehicle was not there, and had never been there. Four weeks later, the vehicle has still not arrived and no one can tell us where it actually is. After 4 weeks of frustration, we went to Suntrup Hyundai South and had the most amazing experience!!! Our salesman was Frank Povis, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new vehicle!! He patiently listened to our story and frustrations. Frank was incredibly helpful and very personable. He answered all of our questions completely. He helped us get a great deal on our trade in. The finanancing person, Joey, was also very easy to work with and was very professional. By the time we finished paperwork, it was after hours, but no one rushed us. Frank then went through all of the features on our new vehicle with us. Again, this was after hours, and he took his time explaining everything we needed to know. We are more than pleased with our new vehicle and are even more pleased with the entire experience we had with everyone at Suntrup Hyundai South. More

The most patient experience I went to suntrup thinking ok im in a car i owe on that has no warranty and my note is too high. I took a day off expecting to go in and find out my options for lowering my note and do something about my 18 percent int rate. I met Frank and from 11 am to 7pm he took all of my concerns and questions and confusions and rolled them into a ball of understanding. I left with a lower interest rate and a brand new car with 5 years warranty and gap. It was the best thing to do and it addressed all of my problems. Frank was very patient wirh me knowing i was not willing to pay more per month. He took a lot of stress away in just one day and he put me in a better situation for years to come. More
Poor Used Car Sales Experience Early Friday morning, we drove for over 6 hours to the dealership. When we arrived, Caleb Sturgeon greeted us and when we inquired about the used whi Early Friday morning, we drove for over 6 hours to the dealership. When we arrived, Caleb Sturgeon greeted us and when we inquired about the used white Honda Civic, he instantly informed us that he took a deposit on that vehicle and it was no longer available. I let him know that we had an appointment to see the car and drive over 6 hours! He went to talk to his boss, and was gone a very long time. When he returned he said we could "look" at the car and if we did not like it then we would be done. If we did like it, we would "figure something out". During a test drive, Caleb asked us how much we expected to pay for the car. We noted the $7000 price that was listed plus $200 required by state. He said the price had gone up and we would have to pay an additional $300 due to additional costs incurred by the dealership. After the test drive, Caleb talked to his boss and informed us that if we where willing to pay the additional $300 we could have the car. Caleb was very nice, but made it clear that his boss was making the call and he was just following orders. I was very disappointed that no-one else came out and apologized about this situation. It was going to be a no-win deal for someone. Either we would be driving back with no car, or the person who put up a deposit would not get the car. To this day we have not received an apology for the terrible purchase experience. Hopefully your experience will be better. More

We'd visited dozens of dealerships before Suntrup Hyundai, looked at more than 100 used cars, and test drove dozens. Jon Feraro spent hours with us running the lot in the rain, checking every option in inventory at all their dealerships, and finding that perfect SUV (2009 Hyundai Sante Fe Limited). I was worried that the one she fell in love with was way above our budget. Somehow Jon managed to put together a miracle deal we could afford. My daughter literally cried with happiness and excitement when he said we have a deal! I'm only giving him 5 Stars because 10 Stars isn't an option. I would absolutely send my friends and family to Jon Feraro! More
