No Pressure Sale And Got Everything We Wanted Frank was great! Didn't pressure us into upgrading to a higer package or vehicle we didn't want but felt we got a good deal and a great ride! First thing that struck me was their dealing with the client. Friendly and patient. Jennifer Vawter who dealt with me was excellent and they offered a deal better than nothing. I checked at napleton for a Costco offer but I felt like they are reluctant in selling cars and little pushy. Jennifer worked very well with her manager for a better price and that even beat the Costco price ( which people say is best ). Closed my deal just in a day and took my car out the next day . Joey Baumann is very friendly guy and did complete all the paperwork very fast . It would be even better if the sales guys know all the features of the all cars that are being sold and give us a comparative analysis with other care brands. More
