Honest dealership When my car broke down the service center refused to stop until they found a solution and made sure the car was safe to drive. After consideration I decided to buy another vehicle. The salesman was extremely helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted so he made sure I got it. I ended up with a good experience. They explained not only each feature in my new suv but they explained all the financing info. They even tried to find me the best deal with all the discounts he could find. This is by far the most positive experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone should come to suntrup for getting a good deal. More
My salesman did a good job, Managers were a different story. I called Tuesday morning inquiring about a used vehicle I was interested in. I was immediately contacted by my salesman, Caleb, who did a good job ans I called Tuesday morning inquiring about a used vehicle I was interested in. I was immediately contacted by my salesman, Caleb, who did a good job answering my questions and doing his best to represent the car since I was a potential out of town customer from Kansas City. In trying to work a deal, I was not contacted back until after 5 p.m. that evening via TEXT, stating the listed price was the best they could do + documentation fees. I won’t name names, but my salesman’s manager TEXTED me as late as 10:00 p.m. stating offering $1,000 below their listed was not a “serious” offer now in the 21st Century..... We did come to a number we were both happy with the next morning, but I had to insist to do other info on the phone via VOICE. Never talked to this manager by voice or in person. While doing the paperwork, I got to witness another “manager” shove his salesman up against the wall through the window of the office next to us and scream at him poking him in the chest. Wow. Again, Caleb did a good job and represented the car we bought the best he could 3 hours away. Management, however, needs to learn to respect their salesmen and customers from my experience. More

He took the extra time to call me and set up a time to meet while I was frantically looking for a car.after an accident that left my car totaled. I told him what I was looking for and when I arrived, we compared lists. His list almost matched mine perfectly. We took one car for a test drive and that was the car I went home with. I've worked sells and I understand the importance of making quotas, up-selling, etc so I was dreading the experience of having to come to a dealer again within a year, but I did not feel like I was being hassled to make a deal that I did not feel comfortable with. I had an enjoyable experience with Jon and connected on an artistic level with our backgrounds in music. I will highly recommend Suntrup and Jon to friends that are looking to buy. More
