I could not have asked for a better buying experience than the one with Greg! I am a very difficult person when it comes to car shopping. I had expected two more years out of my 2013 Ford Escape. Some than the one with Greg! I am a very difficult person when it comes to car shopping. I had expected two more years out of my 2013 Ford Escape. Someone changed those plans when they totaled my car 2 weeks ago. It could not have been at a worse time with the car industry. Thankfully, I have a friend who was able to provide me with some sound advice in addition to what I already knew. I went to 3 Toyota dealerships, no one came out to speak to me and there was nothing on the lot, except for a few overpriced used cars for the mileage that was on them. Next, I went to a Honda dealership. Someone did come out to speak with me and despite not having anything new, offered me a CRV to test drive. Next, Suntrup Nissan. I liked the Rogue. Wednesday evening was a game changer. We walked the lot at Suntrup Hyundai and were planning to walk down to Kia afterwards. We caught up with Greg and asked if we could test drive the Tucson. I needed nothing fancy, basic was fine with one exception. It needed heated seats or remote start. We test drove it. I was pleased with it, that was now my number one choice, but I don't like white for a car. My husband asked Greg what other colors were available. Greg looked it up and took us out to a black one that we had looked at when we got there. I looked at Greg and asked the price and asked if it included all those nice little warranties and he said yes. I promise you, I have never in my life changed my mind so fast on a car deal. I looked at Greg and said this is mine, how do I hold it until Friday night. We took care of that and Greg put a SOLD sign in the car. The rest is history. I am the proud owner of a brand new 2023 Tucson that had only 10 miles! Not only did he have things ready when we came in Friday night, I asked for a change to be made on the purchase. He went and talked to Ryan, came back and said not a problem. In addition, he found out the interest rate they had quoted the first night was wrong and gave me the correct, which was even better! Greg went over so much in the car, it was great! That is a really nice customer interaction. You know the basics before you ever leave the lot. From the time we got there until we left 1 1/2hrs. That is normally a 4hr process. I was squealing with excitement and had to keep apologizing. No need, they had a very satisfied customer and that was a plus for them! More
