Hi there, we are aware of the situation you’ve brought to our attention and it has been escalated. To maintain straightforward and transparent sales, it is our policy that any add-ons or extras agreed to during a sale must be made in writing and signed by a manager. Upon investigation, no such documentation regarding what you’ve described exists. Our sales manager has provided you with a one-time free oil change in an attempt to resolve the issue. We are committed to providing great customer service, but we also still have to follow our policies. During your investigation, did you reach out to me? I have all the documentation, in writing, from Trevor - that states, he asked Jake for approval and then he received approval. That seems pretty straight forward, in my opinion. Is it your policy to train your employees to offer things(like oil changes)to potential customers, just to close the deal? If so, well done - Trevor did a terrific job, since we bought the car, with the expectation we'd receive complimentary oil changes for the year (base upon what is in writing between Trevor and Jake). Your commitment to provide great customer service failed since what was writing, was not what was received. Respectfully, tbj115
