Not a happy customer. I bought my truck in January 2019. Took 5 months to get license plate. It apparently needed a safety and emissions inspection before I could get the p I bought my truck in January 2019. Took 5 months to get license plate. It apparently needed a safety and emissions inspection before I could get the plates (I live in Illinois and still am not sure why) anyways after months I was finally informed that it needed to be done and when I brought it in the acted like it was my fault that It hadn’t been done. They were nice enough to let me borrow a dealer plate until I got my plate in after 2 trips to the dealer that is over 2 hours away from my house. I was also promised a second key, I’ve been told twice now that it’s been mailed to me but still haven’t received it. I ended up refinancing my loan and canceled gap insurance and extended warranty because I went with what my bank had to offer that was a lot cheaper. I’ve asked multiple times on an update on that and still no response. That was over 2 months ago. I’ve been very patient but this is very frustrating. More

The "Dream Weaver" at work. I wanted a more fuel efficient car, so I started researching online. I decided to go look at the Ioniq. Suntrup was close to where I work and they ha I wanted a more fuel efficient car, so I started researching online. I decided to go look at the Ioniq. Suntrup was close to where I work and they had one I was interested in. I made an appointment with Luke to test drive one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He actually let me test drive the one I was interested in and it was on the sales floor. Luke was so easy to talk to. There was no pressure or uneasy moments. He had Bobby do the financing for me, which was also quick and easy with no pressure. I will continue going to Suntrup even though I live in Illinois and had been a faith customer to someone else for 15 years. Luke and Bobby were the best! More
