They also served me chicken & Mac n Cheese while I waited for my finance documents and that was super nice because I had told them I was hungry why we were negotiating. The finance guy was also super flexible because my debit card got fraud on it the day before I came in, so he was nice about waiting for me to work with my bank on the best wait to make my down payment. More

Ripoff Dealership After agreeing on a deal for a specific car at a specific price, Suntrup Hyundai switched cars on me—without telling me. When it came time to finaliz After agreeing on a deal for a specific car at a specific price, Suntrup Hyundai switched cars on me—without telling me. When it came time to finalize arrangements, they brought up a lesser car with a lower sticker price and different options, and tried to pass it off as the more expensive car previously agreed to. They tried to get me to pay the higher amount for the less expensive car. They didn't tell me, thinking I wouldn't realize it was a different car—with different options and a lower sticker price. Switching to a cheaper car without telling the customer is unethical. Despite this chicanery, I agreed to purchase the cheaper car. The specifics of the deal were crystal clear— agreed upon by the salesman, general sales manager, and the finance manager. My offer was accepted, and terms were confirmed...multiple times. The paperwork was completed, the agreed-to balance due was paid in full, the transaction completed, and I left with the car and the title. Days later I received a phone call saying I owed them $500 more. A total lie. I did NOT owe them money. On the back of the title the balance due was written, which I paid in full. The car was paid for—in full. There is no way they would let me leave with the car and the title if I owed them money. After hearing this fraudulent attempt to extort money from me, multiple calls and e-mails were sent to the salesman, general sales manager, finance manager, and owner. None were accepted or returned. After three days of being lied to and ignored I decided I could not do business with this disreputable, dishonest dealership and returned the car. The following week I did receive a voicemail from the owner who termed what happened as "sleight of hand"—his exact words. No business should employ "sleight of hand"...certainly not a car dealership. This statement acknowledged the shady operations, but the owner showed no concern about what happened, nor any interest in doing anything about it. I sent the owner an e-mail asking for his justification for the "sleight of hand" and what he thought about it, along with other questions. I respectfully asked him to respond with a phone call or e-mail, but never heard from him. Since my incident I talked to another person who had the same experience—he had no idea it happened to me. There is a pattern of devious, dishonest dealings with Suntrup Hyundai. Be warned: if you do business with Suntrup Hyundai, they will not only mislead and lie, they will likely try to cheat you. More
I haven't bought a car but I can vouch for Brad. Huge heart for people. If I were in the market for a car anywhere in the region (my family and I live on Maui, but we've been I can vouch for Brad. Very happy with my new car! Chelsea is a hard worker and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She sat in the car with me and reviewed all the features. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The only downside to buying the car is it seemed to take a long time. I got to the dealership around 3:30 ready to negotiate and after all was completed, I got home a little after 9pm. All in all, I’m am super pleased with my car! More

Quick, easy, personal, and down to earth! Jon is an outstanding guy! From start to finish he made sure I was taken care of, had everything I needed, and any/all questions were answered. I knew Jon is an outstanding guy! From start to finish he made sure I was taken care of, had everything I needed, and any/all questions were answered. I knew which car I wanted from the start, Jon found it, and even though I thought it was clean, it wasn’t clean enough for Jon’s standards.. he made sure it was detailed and looked immaculate before it left the lot. He helped me every step of the way, and even timed out our wait for the financing dept so we could take care of other errands if we wished while we waited (finance was ready for us right away so there was no wait) and at the very end the car was about 5 minutes away from being ready after the detail.. he made sure the tank was filled up as an apology for waiting the 5 minutes! Overall great experience, great customer service, and most important in my book, they all had great attitudes and personalities! Most people dread a trip to buy a car at a dealership, but there are no worries with Jon and his crew! More
