I called him probably last January and he was so patient with me and so kind and so understanding of my situation. When I Finally felt I could go forward with purchasing the car I called him and the following day I had my new car. He made it it’s totally painless. Over the last 10 months he never forgot who I was, he remembered what I was looking for and he was just waiting for me to feel comfortable with making my purchase! He treated me so fairly and with so much respect I can’t say enough about him. In addition Fred in finance was equally wonderful fun and kind as well! I spent several hours there and the time just flew by. I felt like I was with family. By the way this is my second car from the dealership!
