Really disappointed with Bens customer service. He was friendly and personable when we bought a car from him but once the deal was done, he’s done with you. I texted him a couple times about the car title, no response. When I went to see him in person three days later, he told me that wasn’t his department. That’s perfectly understandable but why not text back and tell me who I need to contact? Instead, he just blew me off and that really turned a positive experience into a negative one. I can buy a car anywhere, customer service is what sets dealerships apart and it’s lacking at this one. More
