I was about to pull the trigger on a Toyota Corolla when someone else had snatched it up right before me. Alec took the time to find me another used Toyota Corolla and I put a deposit down on it over the phone that day because we didn’t want anyone else getting it. Alec made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving with my car and made sure to get a spare key made for me. I highly recommend asking for Alec by name. I WAS NOT GIVEN BLUE BOOK VALUE FOR MY TRADE. Frank Roach worked very hard to put me in a new car. It was very apparent that he had no authority to negotiate on a price.
