Don't buy from here as service after the sale apparently doesn't exist. I purchased a used car 2 weeks ago - 2022 Jeep Cherokee with 57,000 miles on it for $21,000.00 and purchased an extended warranty. Wit doesn't exist. I purchased a used car 2 weeks ago - 2022 Jeep Cherokee with 57,000 miles on it for $21,000.00 and purchased an extended warranty. Within the 2 week period the following has occurred: 1. Car battery bad - replaced day of sale 2. Tires bad - just had them replaced due to bad tread and gash in sidewall that I didn't notice during the test drive. 3. Passenger window switch broken 4. Car needs alignment that apparently only a Jeep dealership can accomplish. I replaced the tires to the tune of $1000.00 today. I called the dealership about the alignment issue and the lady that answered the phone immediately tells me that all used car sales are final and sold "as is". Which isn't true because they sell extended warranties. She never asked my name or asked me anything about my issue. Just showed me her hand over the phone. So now I have no choice but to contact my lawyer because they won't honor their commitment. Left a message for the sales manager and have not received a return call. Beware as there is apparently zero service after the sale and a boxing gloves approach to customer service. update: 3 days later and still not return call from my sales person or the sales manager. They simply do not care about good customer service! Go anywhere else if you want a positive experience! More
