Great and friendly dealership! I was looking for a Ford Explorer with cooled seats. None of the other dealerships would even try to help me, I'm assuming they just wanted to make an easy/quick sale, but when I got to Suntrup Ford Westport, they immediately gave me their full attention in trying to solve this, and they found a custom solution, which by the way will be fully covered by their warranty! I searched nearly 25 dealers before I ended up browsing Suntrup Ford Westport's website. Their pricing simply could not be matched by any other dealer in the state (I'm looking at you, in particular, Machens). I emailed about a specific truck and was immediately contacted by Bob Stapleton. He provided me with the requested information and we eventually hashed out a deal on a new '15 and a trade-in for my old truck. 2 days later I showed up to finalize the deal and he was waiting for me as soon as I got there. The truck was ready for me to test drive and there were no games or hidden fees waiting for me like most dealers. Michael Jackson in financing was truly exceptional and had our paperwork completed and ready to go very quickly. Bob was the best salesman I've ever dealt with, Michael took great care of us in finance, and the whole dealership experience was the best my wife and I have experienced to date. As soon as we are in the market for another Ford we will be headed back. More
