The team working there went above and beyond to help me pick the exact car I wanted and helped me through every step of the way, from getting me the most for my trade to the max amount of rebates they could find, the sales consultant and manager spent many hours over a 4 day time span helping me and answering all of my questions. Hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to :) More
This was the absolute best experience I have ever had regarding purchasing a new vehicle. I told Dave Evans exactly how much I had to spend on a vehicle, told him what I was hoping to get for that price, regarding purchasing a new vehicle. I told Dave Evans exactly how much I had to spend on a vehicle, told him what I was hoping to get for that price, and he immediately began showing me vehicles and assured me the price would not exceed my price. The vehicles were far beyond what I expected to be able to purchase and were not a penny over my price. There was absolutely no attempt to get me to spend more. I did not have to spend even one minute on negotiating a price. I stated my price, was shown several vehicles in a matter of minutes, and was able to choose one immediately. Unbelievable! Dave then had Billy Putnam handle the sale. Billy wrote up the contract and did everything he could to accomodate us, make us comfortable, and get us through the process smoothly and efficienty. When we moved on to financing with Michael Jackson it was swift and easy too. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I will definitely return the next time I need a vehicle. I will also recommend Suntrup Ford Westport and the sales team there to everyone I know! Thank you Dave and Billy! More

He was very friendly and patient with us. He did everything he was suppose to do and more. The customer service, the quality and the experience was great. The dealership made us comfortable and made the process go smooth. My finace and I are very greatful for Billy because he pushed everything through and it made our engagment weekend awesome! Out of the 3 cars I have purchased in the St. Louis area, this was the best car buying experience I've had... My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Cindy Wilson (salesperson) and Michael Jackson (Finance Director) when we purchased our C-Max hybrid. They were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and Wilson (salesperson) and Michael Jackson (Finance Director) when we purchased our C-Max hybrid. They were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Cindy was particularly helpful in our decision making about what car to get, and both she and Michael were great in assisting with the financial processes involved with buying a new car. Cindy initially took my husband on a test drive when he came in by himself, and did another one with me. She made absolutely sure before we left the dealership, on the day we actually picked up the car, that we knew how to operate the basics with this new model. She even made sure that the primary cell phone was " synched" to the car! We really appreciate how professional and non-pressuring both Cindy and MIchael were, and look forward to our business relationship with Suntrup Ford. More
My fiance and I were looking for a used Mercury Milan or Ford Fusion but was unlucky in the search to find one in our price range. We were looking to return to the dealer in which we had bought our previou Ford Fusion but was unlucky in the search to find one in our price range. We were looking to return to the dealer in which we had bought our previous two cars but after a rather unpleasant phone conversation with one of the sales reps, we decided to look elsewhere. After a internet search I found a used Fusion in our price rate at Suntrup so I called the number that was listed online and it led us to a rockstar of a salesman, Billy Putman. Billy treated us with the utmost respect and really made us feel at ease with the entire process. The financing was taking a bit longer than expected but Billy made sure we were comfy and relaxed and what really stood out to me was when we got a bit hungry and didnt have any change for the vending machine, he payed for our snacks out of his own pocket just so we wouldnt have to go to the store and get change for a twenty. After the financing was done he sent us over to Mike Jackson to discuss the terms and he was really cool to deal with as well. Due to Mike "Beating up the banks" we ended up with a brand new 2013 with a very low interest rate. We really enjoyed our experience at Suntrup today and will forever be a customer and will recommend every one i know who may be in the market for a new car to definitely give Billy a call, he'll take care of you! More

I visited this Ford dealership tonight after doing extensive research on the new Fusion. I was still a bit undecided between the regular gas and hybrid model and wanted specific pricing information on extensive research on the new Fusion. I was still a bit undecided between the regular gas and hybrid model and wanted specific pricing information on each so I could make an informed decision. My intent was to make a purchase if all the numbers made sense. At first the sales person was friendly and helpful during a short test drive. She mentioned she had recently started working there. When we went back inside, she began to be very aggressive. She acted as if I was wasting her time (although there wasn't another customer in site) and was argumentative. She kept insisting that I sign that I intended to buy a vehicle, otherwise she wouldn't give me further information. When I refused to sign that I would buy the car, she refused to have anyone give me a trade in value on my car. After I was fed up with her aggressive and disrespectful behavior, I got up to leave. She asked if I'd like to speak with the manager, which I took her up on. Her introduction of me to the manager consisted of "I tried with her, but now she's all pissed off at me and wants to talk to you." The manager tried to be helpful and apologized. He offered to work with me instead and gave me a trade in value. At this point, I couldn't stomach working further with this dealership. I plan to make a purchase very soon - but with another Ford dealer. I was so very disappointed with this experience. No one should be treated this way and it's not the way to sell anything. I've been a manager for years and would be very upset if one of my staff ever spoke to a customer that way. More
Poor service, poor financing and deceitfulness is all I can say about this dealership. The car I got on Friday was great wasn't exactly cleaned out very well but ok. I did include my promotion on the credit app thinking that I would be fine however I wasn't they wanted to know what I made now and that wasn't good enough for their financing dept. Long story short I had to return my car that day and take back my trade in...but right after I went to Dave Sinclair and got just what I wanted without hesitation and from the same credit union that Suntrup said I couldn't get one from!!!! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU!!! GO TO DAVE SINCLAIR!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!! More
