We had a limited budget and Chuck did everything in his power to find us the best suited car that was affordable and fuel efficient. He never pushed us and was very understanding of our needs. We ended up buying a 2015 Ford Fiesta for a great deal thanks to Chuck! He walked through the whole process with us and broke down everything we had questions about. Suntrup Westport should have been my first, only stop. I wasted my Wednesday night at another dealership listening to them tell me how they were doing everything they could to get me the best price they co I wasted my Wednesday night at another dealership listening to them tell me how they were doing everything they could to get me the best price they could that was nowhere near the best price. After 4 hours I left with the intention of not even going anywhere else to try and buy a new truck. I made an appointment at Suntrup just to see if they would be willing to work with me. I walked in still thinking I was wasting my time there like I did the night before. I told Bob very frankly how I was treated at the other Ford dealer and how if we couldn't get to the price I wanted to pay then I was just wasting his and my time. He told me he could and give him the chance. I got the price I wanted, Michael got me the financing terms that not only worked for me but kept my wife from making me sleep in the back of my new F150. I couldn't be happier with these guys. I just hope both of them are there when it's time to buy my next vehicle. I will only recommend and shop at Suntrup since this is what the car buying experience should be like. More
