Excellent service! Had an issue with window on drivers door apparently two bolts had fell out. But they repaired and were honest with me and charged me the minimum amount for the service rendered. Thank You More

Price of service I have a Camry Hybrid. The service dept. gave me a quote of about $350. to service the Hybrid and clean out the cooling system. I took it to Lansing a I have a Camry Hybrid. My question is why should I take my car to sunshine to have it serviced? More

No loaner car when work is over due Had springs replaced on my Prius. Was told car would be ready the next afternoon. Got a phone call around noon the next day, and was told now part is Had springs replaced on my Prius. Was told car would be ready the next afternoon. Got a phone call around noon the next day, and was told now part is on back order. Would be another 8 days. Asked if they had loaner car, but was told they only have rentals. Had to cancel a Sat meeting because of this. Company should have a vehicle for such an occasion. At the price they charge for maintenance, it should be a given. More
