Quick and Easy I called about a recall notice. Dave was great. He checked to make sure everything that was needed was available and got me in the day after we spok I called about a recall notice. Dave was great. He checked to make sure everything that was needed was available and got me in the day after we spoke. He found a time that fit my work schedule. Excellent service! Had an issue with window on drivers door apparently two bolts had fell out. Not being knowledgeable on what lies behind the door panel they could hav Had an issue with window on drivers door apparently two bolts had fell out. Not being knowledgeable on what lies behind the door panel they could have told me anything and escalated the price as other dealerships have done in the past! But they repaired and were honest with me and charged me the minimum amount for the service rendered. Thank You More

Kind, friendly staff, comfortable lobby, excellent service. I have received consistent great service from Sunshine Toyota. I live about 50 miles from Battle Creek but have been taking my Prius to Sunshine sinc I have received consistent great service from Sunshine Toyota. I live about 50 miles from Battle Creek but have been taking my Prius to Sunshine since I bought it in 2011. It seems like Courtney and David have been working there from the beginning. Cussed out They took my Dodge Charger for a twenty mile joy ride to fix a broken blinker. When confronted about this issue I was told by the service manager that They took my Dodge Charger for a twenty mile joy ride to fix a broken blinker. When confronted about this issue I was told by the service manager that I was a lier. And I quote I don't have the f word time to take your car for a joy ride. Then I proved it to him with a picture I took when I dropped it off. He took this opportunity to tell me to take my f word car and leave. He then began to blame myself and girlfriend for there lack of communication from one department to another. There is no accountability at this place. They charged my girlfriend 140 for an oil change without asking. Ordered the wrong parts keeped the car for two days. Bye the time it was all said and done they finally fixed car. No apology for treatment very unpleasant visit I wil go to Kalamazoo from now on. More

They were able to replace a rusted out frame on my otherwise well cared for and maintained 2000 4 Runner, and at a reasonable cost. My 4 Runner looks and drives like a new vehicle.
