Tim responded to my wife’s email almost immediately and got her an appointment to test drive our vehicle. Tim was patient, transparent and honest about his knowledge of all the vehicles functions. I will say the process was near painless aside from dealing with the insurance company, he was receptive to my wife’s concerns and felt like we made a friend at the end of the day. People know what they want and definitely do not want to spend hours getting yanked around. Tim got us what we wanted and we left with smiles. Do yourself a favor and ask for Tim.
