I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunshine Toyota service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and s service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and someone was ready to talk to me and help, as soon as my car was finished with its required maintenance. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment. Great job Sunshine Toyota! See you again in 5,000 miles! More
