My Saleman Jim was very easy to work with, very knowlegable about the brand and easy to work with. Jim was easy to talk to, very calming and made sure that I was happy with my purchase and my experience. The staff was very nice and no one was pushy or overbearing. Even the financing portion was very pleasent. The finance manager Paul was easy to work with, no pressure on any extra item I did not want, he printed out the paper work, explained everything and we were done in a matter of a few minutes. Jim and the staff worked with me and took the time to locate the truck that I wanted. Even after a dealer trade had to be made, there was no pressure to purchase the truck.
