We purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Sunshine. We saw the price on the internet and it was significantly lower than other dealerships in the area. We were prepared to haggle, but there was nothing like that. The car was offered at the price listed. There were no extra fees. And they gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Bob Suprenant was our salesman.....Bob Suprenant certainly upheld the tradition we have enjoyed at Sunshine Toyota....he was friendly, was determined to find just the car we requested, negotiated what we thought was a fair price, answered our many questions, was knowledgeable about the car. After we had taken the car home, we sent Bob an email with a question about locking the doors...within a few hours we had our answer with the solution. We were impressed with Bob & his ability to be friendly (he made buying our car fun!), but maintained professionalisnm at the same time. We had a very positive experience turning in a leased vehicle and getting a new one.
