We have been happy Toyota owners since 1992. we purchased a new Camry on New Year's Eve in 1992.....our salesman, Tony Crim, presented us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate owning our new Camr purchased a new Camry on New Year's Eve in 1992.....our salesman, Tony Crim, presented us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate owning our new Camry...every year for 5 years Tony showed up at our front door with a bottle of Champagne!! When Tony was selling his own 1997 Avalon, we puchased it from him. We have always had all service done at Sunshine Toyota ...when we decided to purchase a new car this year we returned there to purchase a Prius. Bob Suprenant was our salesman.....Bob Suprenant certainly upheld the tradition we have enjoyed at Sunshine Toyota....he was friendly, was determined to find just the car we requested, negotiated what we thought was a fair price, answered our many questions, was knowledgeable about the car. After we had taken the car home, we sent Bob an email with a question about locking the doors...within a few hours we had our answer with the solution. We were impressed with Bob & his ability to be friendly (he made buying our car fun!), but maintained professionalisnm at the same time. We had a very positive experience turning in a leased vehicle and getting a new one. Our sales rep provided all the info we needed, gave us time to test drive and consider our choices and gave us a good vehicle and getting a new one. My Saleman Jim was very easy to work with, very knowlegable about the brand and easy to work with. After telling Jim the price I had to work with, he worked at getting me the truck I wanted in the knowlegable about the brand and easy to work with. Jim was easy to talk to, very calming and made sure that I was happy with my purchase and my experience. The staff was very nice and no one was pushy or overbearing. Even the financing portion was very pleasent. The finance manager Paul was easy to work with, no pressure on any extra item I did not want, he printed out the paper work, explained everything and we were done in a matter of a few minutes. Jim and the staff worked with me and took the time to locate the truck that I wanted. Even after a dealer trade had to be made, there was no pressure to purchase the truck. I just happended that the truck they located was perfect. I am very happy with my sale, the price, my payments, the dealership, the staff and my sales experience.
