The internet salesperson I worked with, Aimee, was very geared toward putting the customer first. Her enthusiasm is contageous. I initially made internet inquiries to 5 dealerships. Aimee called me immediately. She listened well and asked me questions to make sure I accurately understood everything about this vehicle before I drove 105 miles out to give it a test drive and see it in person. When I arrived to take a look, she had described it with perfect accuracy. The vehicle was in excellent condition. In fact, it was in better condition than I had anticipated. Her internet sales coworker, Dennis, was every bit as knowledgeable, kind and helpful as Amy. Finance person Glenn was able to help me get a great rate on financing and was very personable. (I usually hate the financing part.) Sunshine Toyota had a nice, broad array of used vehicles in great condition with very fair and reasonable pricing. Folks at this dealership are down to earth, friendly and people-oriented. This dealership is a hidden gem and I will be recommending it to others in the future. More

Everything went very smoothly and Dennis and his finance team worked very hard to get us the best deal. We went in that day with hopes of driving home in the vechile Dennis picked out and we did. I did my homework on other used vehicles that were out there in my price range and found that the 2008 Toyota Camry was the best deal for the money with the mileage on the vehicle. I provided an internet search to the dealership and Aimee responded very quickly to my request. I was interested in a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius. I noticed when I arrived at the dealership that the ca responded very quickly to my request. I was interested in a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius. I noticed when I arrived at the dealership that the car price was higher than the advertised internet price. However, without saying a word Aimee adjusted the price to what was advertised on the web. She questioned my wife an I to ensure she knew what we were looking for and never tried to change our minds or put us in a more expensive car. The only uncomfortable moment was when discussing the value of my trade-in. This conversation took place with the pre-owned vehicle appraiser. It was not until the third attempt did we finally agree to a trade-in price. After the agreed price Aimee put together the final paperwork. We arrived after lunch and drove the vehicle home that day. It was a great day at a very busy dealership. Thank you Aimee and Sunshine Toyota for a great automobile transaction. More
I had high expectations because my husband had purchased a car a few years before from this dealer. I was not disappointed. I live in another town to the west of Battle Creek so couldn't just swing by so when I contacted the salesman he was great at describing what was available. I kept putting off my decision then one day I called and said, "what have you got?" His enthusiasm was just as high as the first time I called. He had a car that had more power than I had specified but after he explained the differences and advantages, I went for it. By the time I drove over the car was ready to go and I bought it. The follow up service has been great, I do appreciate the increased power, and the additional features. I definitely would recommend this dealer for it's helpful, low pressure and professional atmosphere. More
I Started shopping for a car a year ago and walked out from three other car dealers very unhappy 4 times because they were unfriendly, treated me without respect, changed the price of the vehicle I checke from three other car dealers very unhappy 4 times because they were unfriendly, treated me without respect, changed the price of the vehicle I checked on line when I went to see the car to a higher price, and/or had hidden costs that appered suddently when I was at the end of the negotiation and did not get a clear explanation why. Sunshine Toyota, was different from the start! Since I arrived, I felt a very relaxed atmosphere, they allowed me to wander around and take a look at the cars they had for sale for a while instead of jumping right on me asking what I wanted; then they approached me in a very friendly informal way and asked me if I had any questions. When I asked them if they had what I was looking for, they did not try to sell me something else, they respected my chioce and showed me what they had available that was most similar to what I asked for and told me right away that they could make anything to get me the type of car I wanted. They also offered us something to drink and even lunch for free while we were waiting for a car they just got in, which they told us right away it had most of the characteristics I was looking for. They allowed us to see the car like it came in and told us right away the origin of the vehicle (a 2 yrs lease vehicle, owner bought a same brad new car) the dealer also told us that it was not checked out yet, but they would do so immediately if I liked to get the car- this open and sincere treatment gave me more confidence and made me feel more relaxed. Once we checked the car out they gave u the car to drive without the cardealer's company, so I had freedom to try the car without him being there, I really liked the treatment like we were family. When I asked for the price, he gave me the price of the car like it was right away and he did the same with the trade in price and explained why he was giving me both prices- He was very open, explained everything very clear, no hidden issues. The prices were fair prices for both cars. When I asked for some conditions, the dealer wrote on a paper several posibilities, there was nothing imposible, everything was possible. I wanted leader seats, a special cover in the back of the vehicle and there was no problem with adding them and openly said the costs that would be added for tha or if there were included into the price he gave me; I asked him if it was a good idea to protect the car from the salt by adding more additional protection and he told me that he did the same to his car and also took me to the back of their shop to show me how the bases of several trucks were being changed because of rust due to the salt even though they came already with a protective coat from the manufacturer. He told me that in Michigan that cover was not enough and that for the cost and the guarantee this was going to give me, it was worth to do. When he asked me for when I needed the car, I told him that I neded it today because I was leaving on vacation the next day and needed the car that same day. He told me that there was no problem with this, that I would get the car that same day after we did the checking of the car and some paperwork needed. I got it indeed in a couple of hours. They were able to check the car for me while I was doing the paperwork, let me go with the car on a one week vacation and when I came back they did the rest of the paperwork, added the leader seats and the treatment protection in the lower part of the car. They gave me a loaner car for free for the 3 days they needed to do everythig else I needed in the car. They also gave me 3 different chices of insurance for the certified toyota plans and took the time to show me and explain me the details, advantages and disadvantages of the different programs. In summary, I walked out very happy, with the car I wanted, the way I wanted and feel like I can always call Phil if I have any questions or if I have any problem with my car. He made me feel at home in his business. I also feel like I can recommend this dealership to anybody including my frineds of course, because I know they will get the same treatment. I just thought I would let you know that I LOVE my Camry. I am actually glad I did not go with the charcoal gray one.
