She listened well and asked me questions to make sure I accurately understood everything about this vehicle before I drove 105 miles out to give it a test drive and see it in person. When I arrived to take a look, she had described it with perfect accuracy. The vehicle was in excellent condition. In fact, it was in better condition than I had anticipated. Her internet sales coworker, Dennis, was every bit as knowledgeable, kind and helpful as Amy. Finance person Glenn was able to help me get a great rate on financing and was very personable. (I usually hate the financing part.) Sunshine Toyota had a nice, broad array of used vehicles in great condition with very fair and reasonable pricing.
