The vehicle was as advertised and maybe better. The staff, including Dennis Walters - our TCUV Sales Consultant, was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was answered on site and we purchased and left with the vehicle. Registration paperwork arrived within a few days and everything we have experienced has been top shelf. More

My wife and I were in need of a minivan and based on previous experiences buying cars we were not looking forward to the buying experience. What we experienced at Sunshine Toyota was not what we were e previous experiences buying cars we were not looking forward to the buying experience. What we experienced at Sunshine Toyota was not what we were expecting and in a word was wonderful. Simply put we experienced no pressure, fair prices, and great customer service. From the moment we first contacted Sunshine we were treated with respect and responsiveness. Aimee was very patient with us as we looked at various options and when we told her we needed time to think things out she did not push but always responded promptly to questions we had. When we came in to test drive the Sienna models we were interested in we had the opportunity to work with Laurie who was assisting Aimee who was out. Laurie was professional and friendly. She gave us all the time we needed in driving and pouring over the details on three different models. After we had narrowed our choice to a model and options it was time to talk availability and price. In my head I was thinking, all right, now comes the painful part. Again, our experience at Sunshine was the complete opposite of what I imagined the process was. I was presented with a fair price for both our trade and the car and Laurie took care of the details while my wife and I relaxed in their showroom. At one point while we were getting the paperwork and details settled I was greeted by Matt, the sales manager. Matt thanked me for the business and stated it would be just a little bit longer as he wanted to change out the battery in the van because it was not performing perfectly. My wife was so happy about not only the car, but the attention she received from Laurie. Laurie focued on her needs during the process and she felt an equal partner with me in the process (in past experiences my wife was ignored by the sales rep). The entire experience changed my perception of the car purchasing process and I look forward to interacting with the Sunshine staff as I take the van in for service. I also know that when I look to replace my primary car in the next couple of years I will start my search with Sunshine. More

I went to Sunshine Toyota looking for another Corolla. I've bought new in 2001 and 2004 from Jennifer Esposito. Great no trouble cars and staff at Sunshine Toyota. I was ready to buy another new one when Aimee Alger pointed out I could save about 20% on the price buy getting a slightly used car with longer warranty. The Standard warranty on the new car is 3 year/36,000 miles. The certified used is 7 year/70,000 miles. So I saved some money and still got a great reliable car. Thanks Aimee! :) More

Phil (unlike Bill) did a fantastic job of selling me my new truck. He was friendly, curtious, and listened to what I wanted. Although it took us a few months to finally buy our Camry Hybrid, we always had prompt responses from Dennis Walters to all out questions. Also, to get us the car quicker (because of our schedules) Sunshine sold us the car without the Remote Starter that needed to be installed, and the next week they sent someone to East Lansing to pick it up (gave us a loaner for the day), installed the starter and delivered the Camry back the same day. A-1 service, and at an excellent price. More
