I didn't believe I could purchase a new car due to having an existing car that had negative equity and my credit wasn't the best. Chad and the financial guys made it happen for me. With much effort on their part, they were able to get a lower interest rate and within 3 1/2 years, I should be done with my negative equity that was added on the new car. I will still have a nice car and could buy a new car or trade it in, or keep it. I am very happy with my new car. It is a step up from my matrix as far as the ride and the room. I so appreciate the great customer service and the extra effort those three gentlemen put into getting me into a new car. They believed in me and I am a returning customer to that dealership.
