I had never been to Sunshine Toyota before, but after looking at tons of cars online, they had the best selection and their ratings here were so good I figured it was a pretty safe bet. I went there only intending to look at the car and get some financing information, but Dennis and the finance staff made the whole process so easy and pressure-free that it was an easy decision to make the purchase. That was probably the best thing about working with Sunshine, no pressure. I've been to other dealerships where they make it seem like if you walk away from the car you're making a huge mistake and you'll regret it for the rest of your life, there was none of that at Sunshine Toyota, just friendly people trying to be helpful! I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. More

From the first visit to the final sale, Chip (salesman) was very attentive, informative, friendly and available but not pushy. I am a single mother recently divorced. My car that I have owned since 2003 has been falling apart a little at a time. It was time to start looking. My sister works for Denso and she said lets just look at Toyota. Our family has always been American vehicles and we did compare closely. We met Randy and right away he made me feel comfortable. He was honest and assuring and allowed the many questions that we had. Everyone else in the office was talking to us as well, considering my sister and I are both quite talkative its hard to not engage in conversation with us when we are together. We were very happy with the service we received at Sunshine Toyota. We had been searching for a vehicle for 3 weeks and were having a hard time getting anyone to return our calls. My husband called after business hours and left a message. Dennis Walters returned our call later that night saying that he had received our message and would call in the morning. And he did. My husband asked for him to email more pictures of the vehicle and he did. The questions my husband asked about the vehicle over the phone were answered truthfully, which we found out after we drove over an hour to see the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accomodating. The price was fair and we are thrilled with our new (to us) van! More
We found the 2003 Honda Odyssey on autotrader.com. That evening i called after hours and left a message for Dennis. He called me back later that evening. We live a 1hr. and 20mins. away so i wanted to know if it was worth driving there. When we arrived later that day, we found the van to be everything that Dennis said it was. I couldn't be happier with my Toyota decision. I had been out car shopping for over 2 weeks equipped with the Consumer Report Guide. The car I selected at Toyota had all the features I wanted and a cou been out car shopping for over 2 weeks equipped with the Consumer Report Guide. The car I selected at Toyota had all the features I wanted and a couple that I hadn't planned on, namely navigation, a V6 and moonroof. I loved the outside color and interior of the car more than any other I had found from Nissan, Ford and Chevy which were Toyota's main competition. The price was within $15 of the others...but had so much more in features. Here is what really sealed the deal for me. The salesman and the whole atmosphere at the "Sunshine" dealership. I had already told my salesman, Jim Froelich, that I wanted the XLE. I currently had a lease from Nissan with 2 remaining payments and was trying to decide the best way to handle the payments when Jim said "would you mind if I took a look at your leased car?" Within about 15 minutes he had calculated out the value of my lease, contacted NMAC and arranged to purchase it. Because my car had some equity he also lowered my payment about $10 per month. That really impressed me becuase the Nissan dealer never offered to "lower my payment" because of the equity. Jim also told me after the sale that I would receive free service work for the first 24,000 miles or 2 years (whichever came first). Their service department will drive me to work or where ever and pick me back up. My Nissan dealer offered no such service. Had I known all this earlier they would've had my last 20 years of business as well. More
