Jim was very helpful from the moment we walked in. He was very thorough in showing us the features of the car and made sure we knew how everything worked before we drove off. We amticipated walking in and finding the deal not being what it said it was, because that is usually the case in car shopping, but everything in the lease was very straightforward, no hidden fees or surprises, the down payment and payment were exactly as described and we got a GREAT deal! Sunshine Toyota will be our dealer for life as far as I'm concerned, so nice to walk in and not have that feeling that they're pulling something over on you. We kept waiting for the tricky "fine print" but it just wasn't there! Thank you!! :) More

Chip was AMAZING to work with. I live 2 hours away and delt with 2 dealerships near me that were TERRIBLE!! After I had the bad experience through the other dealerships I figured I had nothing else to loose. It WAS THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE!!! I called and spoke with Chip and explained my situation. I waited over 2 weeks for someone to get my car in and to be found and still was no where with the other dealerships, and Chip had everything done for me in 24hours and all over the phone. He didn't have me waste trips coming that far and he stood by his word. It was everything I wanted and more! It all seemed too good to be true! I had waited so long for someone to help me. He kept in contact with me every step of the way, making sure that it was all perfect! When I finally arrived at Sunshine Toyota, he was already there and waiting for me with open arms. Everything was PERFECT!! I would recommend Chip and Sunshine Toyota without hesitation and I was VERY IMPRESSED with the service that I received.
