This is the third car I have purchased from Sunshine Toyota. I live in the Lansing area and will commute to Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek. Here I have found true honest working individuals who care about their customers. Chad Rose, my sales representative, takes the cake when it comes to car sales. He knows his product line and is willing to work with you to make the options work. He has gone out of his way to be of assistance and even while waiting in the Customer Service center for oil changes he always comes over and shakes my hand and welcomes me. He has called me several times and has written me e-mails just checking on my car and if I need anything special. The dealership itself is very clean. I enjoy using the high speed internet and the service center is world class. They have comfortable seating (waiting area) and I enjoy the dri6ve to get my oil changed and other repairs. The hours of operation for the service center meet all of my expectations. The parts department seems well stocked. On one occasion I ordered a new updated DVD for my navigation system. It was in within a couple day period of time. They gave me great instructions on how to install it into my system. Lastly, the Finance Department is full of trained professionals. This time I worked with Trey. He had all of the paperwork waiting for me when I came and picked up my new 2012 Camry XLE. Basically, I went in there, he knew what I wanted and I basically signed the documents and next thing I knew, I was out driving my new car back to Lansing. More

I spoke to Jim about the tundra,and options that I wanted. Jim said he thought he could locate a truck for me, we then talk about price and he was able to come up with a price that I was comfortable w wanted. I bought my first Toyota (1992 Camry) from Sunshine in 1992, which by the way, is still on the road 20 years later - my son owns and drives it now. My current purchase (RAV4) is my 6th purchase from Sunsh 1992, which by the way, is still on the road 20 years later - my son owns and drives it now. My current purchase (RAV4) is my 6th purchase from Sunshine - 2 were leases I turned back in at the end of the lease. I have always been made to feel like "family" - both during the sales and then later when I bring the vehicles in for service. ONLY Sunshine services my Toyotas!! Randy was my salesman for my current purchase. He represented Sunshine in the manner I have come to expect - a professional, knowledgeable and courteous man with a great sense of humor. Randy arranged for a test drive of 2 RAV's and then I submitted my "wish-list" to him and within about 2 weeks - he had my vehicle! I purchased it last Wednesday! I've had it now for less than a week but just love it. Randy was the consumate salesman! He was always "right there" without being "in your face". I really appreciate that since I hate a "hard sell" and will walk away from a hard sell salesman. Sunshine has earned my trust over the years as the premiere regional dealership!! More
