It's been about 13 yrs since I've bought a new car. My salesperson, Aimee Alger, was very accommodating, down-to-earth, honest, with a no-pressure-to-buy attitude. I visited another Toyota dealership in salesperson, Aimee Alger, was very accommodating, down-to-earth, honest, with a no-pressure-to-buy attitude. I visited another Toyota dealership in the area; however, I felt Aimee was the best salesperson to work with. She ensured a smooth sale. She took time to show me how to work all the bells & whistles in my new car, too. As regards to emailing Aimee with questions & concerns, she was very timely when responding back to me (within 24 hours or less). It is very likely that when the time comes to replace another vehicle I own, I will certainly visit Aimee at Sunshine Toyota again. I highly recommend that you work with Aimee. I don't normally recommend/refer my friends & family to salespeople or dealerships, but in this case, I will make the exception! More

I have recently dealt with Sunshine Toyota for both my service on my Toyota Avalon and for purchase of a Used Toyota Tacoma. I get a complete explanation of what and why the service is needed or what was done to correct any problems. Not to mention I leave with a washed car and a flower to make my day! These little extras just make you feel like they care about your service experience. As for my salesman I cannot say enough about him - besides the quality of the Toyota product itself - he is the reason I return to Sunshine Toyota. I have closer option to my home. I have been dealing with Bob Supernant for the last 25 years - between my partner and myself, we have purchased 7 vechicles, and have gladly recommended both him and the dealership to our friends. What wonderful experience at Sunshine Toyota of Battle Creek. It started with the phone call to Dennis. I was looking at vehicles online and the one I had found was sold already. However, Dennis took it upon himself to crunch some numbers and see if another sale would be possible on a vehicle in stock. He did not give me a lot of song and dance, just straight numbers of what we were looking at. Luckily for me the awesome sales experience did not stop there. When I arrived in Battle Creek to see the vehicle, Mr. Walters was ready to go. I was test driving the vehicle within a few minutes. After the ten minute test drive, Dennis informed me that my trade-in had been appraised and we had set a date and time for the final transaction. Right on point. The day had come - so my wife and I headed out from Grand Blanc, Michigan to Battle Creek. I believe we arrived at 11am, and were finished driving away looking for lunch at about 12pm. Everything was very fluid from the sales associate to the finance department. Usually moving as fast as they did, you would expect some changes or a "problem" associated with an unexpected cost. Not with my experience. I even enjoyed the finance department representative’s explanation on additional warranties even though I did not choose that route. It was all laid out perfectly and well understood. Everyone just had there stuff together and were ready to sell my wife and I that vehicle. Very pleased. I had met with the two different sales managers (Jeff and I believe Matt) who were very knowledgeable. They were willing to match price on tires and ready to negotiate any other issues. I say this because other dealers I have bought from, I remember the sales manager being the one who would say no, or counter offer with an inflated figure. Excellent service. Finally, when I was driving away (very satisfied) my wife had noticed a very minute issue with the windshield. I turned around and there was the Toyota staff at the door ready to hear me out on my problem. They said they would fix it for free, and I followed up with them a couple of days later. They followed through with their word and the service department was ready on the spot at 7:45 in the morning. I have a dealership here in Grand Blanc which I have purchased from, but next time I need a new Toyota, I will definitely consider the long haul to Sunshine Toyota of Battle Creek. I searched for a hybrid auto on the web to save myself time. I found the one I eventually bought at Sunshine and it appeared to be everything I was looking for. I responded to the website and was surpris time. I found the one I eventually bought at Sunshine and it appeared to be everything I was looking for. I responded to the website and was surprised when Dennis Walters emailed me in less than a day. In the past I have found dealerships not responding for 5 days. Dennis was laid back, gave me the info I needed and we set up a time to see the car on a Saturday. Dennis called and reminded me just as I asked him to do and I got there just an hour before closing on a Saturday. There was no feeling that I was keeping them there and they spent all the time I needed. I told Dennis I would think about it and call back Monday. Dennis emailed me on Sunday night asking if I had gotten the answers I needed and I asked a couple of questions and asked him to fine tune the deal. On Monday I completed the sale. Why? It is a great little car, the folks at the dealership didn't act like they were trying to shove a car at me, all my questions were answered and there was no "extras" that "slipped" in at the last minute. The leasing guy was great, no pressure and the whole thing was exactly how I wanted it to go. I have asked Dennis to find my friend a Saturn Sky now because I trust them.
