I contacted the dealership over the phone and was transferred to Jim Froelich. Within minutes he surpassed the other dealers I'd been talking to. After I mentioned I was tight on time to drive to Bat transferred to Jim Froelich. Within minutes he surpassed the other dealers I'd been talking to. After I mentioned I was tight on time to drive to Battle Creek, he drove the truck 30 miles to me so I could see and drive it. He helped handle credit union and insurance phone calls and paperwork, and was quick to respond to messages and email. On delivery, he was very thorough in orientation of the features of the truck. It was a much more pleasant experience than most auto purchases I have been part of. More

We were on our way to Sunshine Toyota to trade-in our 06 Prius(3 miles away) when we were involved in a 4 Car Accident. We were sitting at M-66 and Dickman Rd waiting for traffic, third in line, and got sla Prius(3 miles away) when we were involved in a 4 Car Accident. We were sitting at M-66 and Dickman Rd waiting for traffic, third in line, and got slammed in the rear by an Impala that had just bounced off the Guardrail and in turn we rearended the Car in front of us, and they in turn rearended the Truck in front of them. I called Chad who had our New Car.... and he was shocked to learn we were 3 miles away, and the Trade-in was totaled!! Chad came and took Pictures and waited the Wrecker to hook it to Heritage Chevrolet, then gave us a ride to Sunshine, where were completed the Deal. The '06 was Totaled, and Heritage Chevrolet called and today said it was $8700 plus a New Battery (over $4000) and Windshield). Chad Rose was the Greatest!! ..... will not hesitate to deal with Chad again!! .... also Chad ran us up to Heritage Chevrolet so we could remove the Plates, just before they closed More

Jim went above/beyond at making our experience purchasing our first Toyota Rav 4 (2004) a very good one. We were very tight on our budget with what we could afford at this time and Jim seemed to make everyth our first Toyota Rav 4 (2004) a very good one.
