I recently totalled my 1999 Jeep Sahara and needed to find a vehicle I could get into using just the money from my claim. The minute I walked into the dealership, Jim welcomed me with a smile and I felt very comfortable with him. I was interested in a RAV4, which they had 4 to choose from - I told him my situation, and he got me a test drive. I rented a RAV4 years ago, and was impressed with it then, and after my test drive today, became more impressed than ever. It handled beautifully as I put it through its paces on uncleared roads - stopping and starting FAST and HARD......that car did not swerve! After being in a roll-over, I wanted something I would feel safe in, and after Jim talked to me about Toyota's improvements and their safety, I was pretty much sold. When he worked with Josh and was able to get the one-time lease payment down to what I was receiving from my insurance company, the RAV4 was mine! I am so pleased with my experience, I have raved about it to my friends --- all of whom have, at one time or another, owned or currently own a Toyota. Each one told me I would now be spoiled for any other car or any other service. Hands down, this is the best dealer IN THE REGION. I already drive from Kalamazoo each time, despite there being a Toyota dealership right in my own town. Trey in financing cares and actually provided value to me as a consumer with detailed explanations about credit and financing. From the moment I expressed an interest in a car, I received a text message, emails and phone calls -- all at the perfect time and all very genuine. When a get something like an oil change done, the service manager personally emails to see if all went well. I could go on and on.
