They even entertained my kids with a huge TV and a mini fridge full of juice pop and snacks! We will definitely go see Chip when we need a new car. More

He is knowledgeable, personable, has a good sense of humor, and made the purchase a pleasurable experience. Vehicles have become more complex since our last Toyota, and his help in understanding new features was very important to us. He also introduced us to a young man named Adrian who patiently went over all the new "high tech" features in new cars. I haven't mastered all of them, but I know I can go back for more help if I need it. Both Bob and Adrian encouraged us to come back for more instruction if necessary. More

Total satisfaction Chip Iceberg met me in the lot the first day I saw the car I wanted. He was very nice and helpful (in the rain). I told him I would be back, I returned on the very next day and he was able to fully answer all my questions and pointed out all the extras on the car before my test drive.. I then returned the third day to make my decision and again he was the best! So nice, friendly and put my nerves about buying a new car at ease- He really goes out of his way to make your experience great! I felt like I made a new friend! I dealt with Dennis Walters in Finance who was also very good and answered any questions I had, very professional and knows his job. More

awesome experience! I dealt with Chip Iceberg. I explained what I did and didn't want in a care and he got me into the perfect vehicle. I also told him I hate car shopp I dealt with Chip Iceberg. I also told him I hate car shopping and did not want to talk to different people trying to sell me different items. I had bought a car from Sunshine a few months earlier so I knew how their process worked. I gave him a price and told him what fromt their offerings I would take and wanted that included in the price. He went and talked to the sales manager and said "OK". It was that simple. I went and watched football for an hour while they prepped the car and got all the paperwork together. While I was watching football, Dennis came out from finance and asked me a few questions and said he would be ready in 10 minutes. I went into his office, signed a few forms, and walked out and jumped in my car. It was that simple. Nice experience. More

Very good experience...just one small problem Since it was close to my birthday, I also renewed my license tabs when I purchased my car and transferred the plates. Three days before my birthday, I Since it was close to my birthday, I also renewed my license tabs when I purchased my car and transferred the plates. Three days before my birthday, I still had not received the tabs (presumably from the Secretary of State). I called the dealership and they said that I most definitely had to go to the SoS. I took time off work to go there only to be told the dealership was supposed to have given me the new tabs when I bought the car. I was able to get "replacement tabs" for $5 so it didn't necessitate me going back to the dealership. But you would think with as many cars as they sell that they would fully understand what to do about license plates and tabs. More
