Great place to buy a car I first contacted Sunshine when I was looking at cars on carfax.com. I received a reply from Chip almost right away. It took a few weeks of looking on-line before I had decided to start shopping. I was interested in the Kia Sorrento, Jeep Liberty and the Toyota Rav4. The Toyota and Kia were on the top of my list as they had the best overall reviews on line. I went to a couple places but they didn't really have much selection. When I stopped in at Sunshine, Chip was available to help me. He showed me the cars in my price range and the year I was interested in. They had 5. I picked out 2 that appealed to me and did a test drive. I really liked the Toyota and was very interested in the Certified Used designation. Being a single Mom that was very important to me. After I decided on a car, Chip told me about some of the options but was not pushy. We negotiated price, arranged financing and I was able to take the car the same day. If there was anything I would say was a negative, it would be the length of time from decision to drive off. The negotiation did not take an super long time, but it took a long time before I could see the finance person and to go through all the options, paperwork, etc. Once price was negotiated, I waited about 45 mins before I could get in to see the finance person and then it took about another 45 mins to go through the paperwork. To speed this up, they could have a person go through all the possible options, explaining what they are, and then you could decide once you are sitting in front of the finance manager. I think 3 hours from arrival to departure is too long. Overall though, I would say the experience was good, I love my Toyota, and would definitely shop at Sunshine again. More

Price of service I have a Camry Hybrid. The service dept. gave me a quote of about $350. to service the Hybrid and clean out the cooling system. I took it to Lansing a I have a Camry Hybrid. Walked us through all the electronics on the car before we left so we knew what we were doing with a very smart Tech person that was available to show us.
