Friendly, helpful and fair I researched the cars on their internet site. John contacted me and we set up an appointment for test drives. He was very helpful in finding us the ri I researched the cars on their internet site. John contacted me and we set up an appointment for test drives. He was very helpful in finding us the right vehicle with the budget we were working with. Only issue was the fuel door would not open. I called John and he set up an appointment for the next day. The dealership service department was great, too. They looked at it quickly and just ordered a spring for the door. A mechanic replaced it 2 days later in about 2 minutes. I've been driving it now for about 3 weeks and its a great car! More

When Toyota was coming out with the hybrid RAV Jim remembered that I was interested and called me and has kept me informed of the timeline for delivery. Jim is not pushy he takes his time and explains things to me. He showed me around the car showed me improvements. I recommend Sunshine Toyota to my friends and tell them about Jim and how good he is. Your service department is also excellent. More
