We travel over 50 miles (one way) to Sunshine Toyota due to our exceptional previous experiences with sales and service. The local dealership can't touch the level of customer care that Sunshine provides. For this purchase, we made this trip four times. We knew what we wanted when we walked in, so that part was not a problem. The vehicle with the specs we had our hearts set on wasn't on the lot...that's when things became difficult and time-consuming. Our salesman was a bit overwhelmed at the times that we were there, so that added to our unease. Information shared with us changed multiple times - some of this, we felt, was due to our own research contradicting the salesman's statements.. The haggling was expected, but took too long. In the end we were satisfied with the terms. During the multiple visits and HOURS going through the process, we became frustrated and disheartened several times, BUT the Sunshine Toyota staff (especially Steve Schultz and Dennis Walters) made sure we were happy with our new vehicle..
