Thoughtful, Considerate, Knowledgeable, and Kind Aimee used to be my sales person before moving into the financing department so, we had already built a familiarity and friendship. She made my financing experience easy and painless, guiding me through the different options and plans available in the purchase and coverage of my new RAV 4 Hybrid. And, because she knew me, I felt that she better understood my needs and abilities than maybe a stranger would. After exploring several options, I was comfortable in that the plan Aimee helped me arrive at was the one best suited to me and my abilities. This was a nice continuation of my purchase experience after my pleasant sales experience with my salesman Jim Froelich! I just left Sunshine feeling that Aimee (and Jim too), really looked out for me way more than they really had to. Buying another car, especially a brand new one and car payments, were not in my plans so Aimee and Jim actually helped me not only make this a pleasant experience but, it was kind of exciting as well! Excellent dealership Jim was very helpful in my purchase of a 2015 Prius. He was knowledgeable and able to help. When I got my car serviced for an oil change they told me they topped off mi fluids, they did not, as my brake fluid was in range even though it was on the low line. Buying a car was a wonderful experience. More
