He is not of the high pressure catagory which I appreciate. Bob is very knowledgeable and patient with his customers. We originally were set to purchase a Tacoma but decided to try our a Rav 4. We were rather hesitant to ask Bob if we could try out the Rav 4 but he was more than willing to let us take a test drive. We were VERY impressed and decided to purchase the Rav 4. I cannot imagine a salesman I would rather deal with than Bob. More

An enjoyable experience! I'll be honest--when I knew it was time to buy a new car, the prospect of visiting dealerships did not excite me at all because my husband had such a I'll be honest--when I knew it was time to buy a new car, the prospect of visiting dealerships did not excite me at all because my husband had such a bad experience back in 2010 with our local Chevy dealership. But I knew that the Toyota Rav4 was the car I really wanted, so I took a chance and visited this dealership. From beginning to end, I was exceptionally impressed with the positive atmosphere of the dealership, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to do whatever needed to be done to stay within my budget while still getting me in the car I wanted. They made it happen! The sales rep I worked with, Jennifer Smith, was so friendly and walked me through every step of the process which was helpful since this was my first time buying new. She was always available and responded quickly to emails and messages and thoroughly answered any questions I had (she even responded to texts on her day off!!). Everyone was friendly, saying hello and offering me refreshments. And at the end of the process when I was working with Dennis on the financial end of things, he explained everything very well to me. One thing that I definitely liked from the experience as a whole, was that I felt like the entire time, their number one interest was helping me get the car I wanted. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable or anxious or any of those other negative things that you normally think of when dealing with buying a car. They have made a lifetime customer out of me! More

My 4x4 Tundra 6 years ago I went to Sunshine Toyota and bought a 06 tundra. This truck was great, however with hauling hay and horses all around and snow country I 6 years ago I went to Sunshine Toyota and bought a 06 tundra. This truck was great, however with hauling hay and horses all around and snow country I realized I needed a bigger truck and 4 wheel drive. So I went back to Sunshine Toyota and got me that 4x4 truck. My first experience with them was so great I had to go back. The staff is very knowledgeable and my salesman, Jim Froelich, Pizza Guy, was wonderful once again. I highly recommend Sunshine Toyota and am looking forward to many years of fun with my new truck. They definitely should have changed these tires, which would allowed me to promote Sunshine much more positively with others. This came across to me as a bit cheap. More
