I guess sometimes things do change I have been coming to sunshine for a long while now. It has always been top notch until early last year I noticed the quality of service started to de I have been coming to sunshine for a long while now. It has always been top notch until early last year I noticed the quality of service started to decline. The service advisors are not as personable as they used to be or genuinely glad to see you. Nobody was rude or condescending just busy on their cell phones. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a great job but I’ve noticed a lot of the guys who have worked there for years are gone. What’s with the huge turn over? This last visit I brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change. I realize it’s not a Chevy but I do it because I really don’t trust anybody else in the area quite like I do sunshine. The tech did the oil change and tire rotation and even ran my car through their washer but the windshield washer fluid was not topped off like normal which leads me to believe the depth of service has changed. Do I no longer get those fluids checked while getting my oil changed? Did the price of an oil change go up AND they took away the general fluid inspection? Not sure. I also know, and this may have been an intended joke because I drive a dodge or simply an accident, but the tech farted in my car before he got out. It was so bad that he himself rolled down the driver side window. As I got in I thought, “that’s odd. Car just got out of the wash and the window is down”. Then it hit me like that Seinfeld episode. You know the one with the smell that wouldn’t leave the car. “The Beast”. Jokes on me but I’m $60.00 poorer, lacking windshield wiper fluid, and left wondering what the xxxx that tech had for lunch. Maybe sunshine Chevy has begun its descent from greatness. When the service manager changed over I gave it time but it seems as though things have flatlined. C’mon Sunshine! Step it back up! More

Careless about other's property Brought the vehicle for a defective torque converter (to be replaced). Received the vehicle after repairs with transmission fluid on the driver's fend Brought the vehicle for a defective torque converter (to be replaced). Received the vehicle after repairs with transmission fluid on the driver's fender including wiper and a bit of the windshield. Small dent in the top of the driver's side fender (same place as the transmission fluid). **Updated 12/20/2018. Still have receive no tangible feedback about the issues in my original review. Received a message that the snow received in this area has everything delayed. Forwarded that reply to the owner yesterday. Nothing received as of today.** More

Because of the service department's rush to get our problem diagnosed and repaired our parents were able to enjoy the one vacation that they look forward to every year. Jack and his group did not receive our vehicle until after they had closed for the night. By the time we arrived at the dealership around noon the next day the rv had been diagnosed and repaired. We were back on the road for for the one trip that our parents take and look forward to every year. More
