Ask Neal why I am so Disappointed in my last two (2) service appointments. If he says he doesn't know he is being dishonest! Then some pathetic piece of crap taking a buffer to my new paint job and ruining the shine, sheen, and brightness of the color on my new car. What piece of (xxxx) would do such a thing and what piece of crap would allow some pathetic xxxxx do that to me? I've never had a problem with Neal, ( that I was aware of ), before and am disgusted with him and whoever did this to my new car behind my back. Someone in management needs to get a grip on your employees. At the moment i would "NEVER" recommend sunshine chev. A neighbor suggested I YELP the xxxx out of you people and that is always an option not to mention the complete and total loss of my future business!!!!! Sunshine you asked me and now I've told you. Neal, I can't believe you would do this to me after all these years of my business. If you have a problem with me be a man and discuss it with me. I have a neighbor who has been in paint and body work all his life gave me a paste that brought 95% of the shine, sheen and luster back to my paint. I came to Sunshine Chevrolet to purchase a Bolt EUV based on a colleague's recommendation. I did my initial research online, then put in an inquiry through their website. Natasha followed up the same day, go on a colleague's recommendation. I did my initial research online, then put in an inquiry through their website. Natasha followed up the same day, got answers to my questions and set up a test drive. Blake helped us day-of, got us in a test car and facilitated the order. He kept in touch through the process of the car arriving, had it detailed and charged for our scheduled pick-up, and got the details worked out that had us in and out with the new vehicle within an hour. I really appreciated his calm demeanor, straightforwardness and responsiveness. He helped me setup OnStar and learn the basics of charging before sending us off. He followed up by phone a couple days later to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle and to give us an ETA on the mats we ordered. Overall we were quite pleased! The dealership is well located and spotless with nice amenities for customers. More

For whatever reason having made an appointment two weeks in advance for an oil change, tire rotation, and a safety inspection (no emissions) that in the past took 30 minutes to 1 hour while I waited this time took 3 hours. Fortunately, I had a lot of email to catch up on to fill the time, but admittedly oil changes and tire rotations are something that many dealerships offer an express service to get customers in and out. When I made the appointment, I specified all the services I needed, so I assume no technician was available for basic maintenance? I realize these things happen; however, any customer is going to think they should have gone to Jiffy Lube, SpeeDee, or Oil Well that offer these same services in about 30 minutes. The reason I go to Sunshine for these basic services is that I hope the technician would catch a potential issue early that otherwise would go unnoticed at the quick oil change places. More
