When I got back in town I went out to test drive at the Dealership, Kenny McGann took care of me right away since Ed Murdoch was off that day. He was great! Super customer service without being pushy at all. When I came back to pick up my 09 Malibu Ed took excellent care of me and made sure I was treated first class. So far they have made my car buying experience as free from anxiety as they could make it. Pam and Spencer helped me long before I got to the dealership. I had to make a couple of extra trips for the maitainance department to do a new lo jack program but even that was made at my leisure and I was given compensation for my time and gas.
