After a mailing promotion, We thought we could possibly save a little, the sales person and sales manager NEVER acknowledged that we had the promotion letter and kbb coupons, which they gave us an offer for our trades without the kbb offer. Poor service from Sunshine Chevrolet I was very disappointed in the service I received. I asked to have the brakes checked and was told that the front rotors needed to be turned (if they I was very disappointed in the service I received. I asked to have the brakes checked and was told that the front rotors needed to be turned (if they were able to) and they couldn't check the rear brakes because the drums were rusted on (there must be a way to fix that) but was not offered. In my opinion that is wrong, because that is a safety item and needs to be taken care of. So I went to an outside source to have the problem fixed. From now on I will never come to Sunshine Chevrolet to have anything done on my HHR again. I will seek repairs else where. More

Service Excellence! This past weekend my family and I were on our way home from a week's vacation and along the way we experienced some brake issues. After leaving our vehicle with the service team, the issue was found but would not be able to be repaired until Monday. Sunshine made all of the arrangements to not only have our repairs completed on Monday, but also helped us secure transportation so I could get my wife and daughters home safely. My wife returned to pick up our vehicle Monday afternoon and it was ready as promised. There are not enough words of thanks and gratitude that can properly express for the kindness and excellent customer service. More
