He responded quickly and positively to a negative review I gave on the service dept. concerning a brake problem. We only dealt with the maintenance area. The clerk was super super awesome. They took really good care of us. There had a little small issue took it back the next day. We were on vacation, following GPS and didn't really know exactly where we were when my Chevy started losing power and flashing warning lights including the check engine light. We pulled in to Sunshine Chevr exactly where we were when my Chevy started losing power and flashing warning lights including the check engine light. We pulled in to Sunshine Chevrolet, late on a Friday afternoon, and asked them to use the computer to diagnose the problem. It turns out, the problem was with the turbo boost and would have kept the vehicle in the shop for 4 days. It would have ruined our vacation and caused us trouble when we didn't return to work on Monday. However, they also told us the problem was not critical and we could go on with our trip then have the vehicle serviced when we got home. "The check engine light may even go out on it's own, if the problem corrects itself." We went on with our trip and made it home safely and thankfully. (The check engine light did eventually go out.) We may never pass through that area again and they could have refused us or had us make an appointment for Monday, but instead, they took us right in without a moment's delay or second thought. More
