Brought my truck in twice over the past 12 months for a noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. The second time, I took the technician for a ride to hear the noise, which h noise issue and was told both times they could not reproduce the issue. This was after they had already had the truck for six days. Third time around and I’m told it’s a known issue (for the past two years) with no solution. 12 months, three visits and no solution. We were looking for a newer, low mileage SUV and found one we liked at Sunshine Chevy. We made an appointment to take a closer look at it. In the end we settled on a price a few days later. He even printed us more information about the options that came with our vehicle while we were going over our paperwork.
