Last Year3/8/21 I went into sunshine, Chevrolet rather than going to one of the bigger dealerships lots around here! I was looking at a used truck and I was encouraged to take it and if I didn’t like it, than going to one of the bigger dealerships lots around here! I was looking at a used truck and I was encouraged to take it and if I didn’t like it, I can bring it back within three days so I felt pretty comfortable. Once I left the dealership, I started noticing little things. There was a cigarette in the passenger seat. There was a little defects here and there, which is to be expected when getting a used vehicle then I noticed a few plugs in the tires and the more I look the more I started to notice then I realized you know if I’m gonna spend this much money I should just buy something new! I went back after calling the salesman who instantly gave me a lot of resistance. I had an appointment during my workday when I arrived he had total disregard for me. He had other clients in his office, so I sat for over an hour waiting! I did proceed to buy a new $58,235 truck only to find out that I just lost my $2500 down payment from the used truck that was taken from me literally for changing my mind even though i was encouraged to take the used truck, and that I had nothing to worry about, I could change my mind if I wanted! I felt robbed at this point! I still bought the new truck with an additional $2500 down payment I never received a single free oil change no tire rotation no thank you for your business or anything The salesman was a total jerk to me for changing my mind! I never left a review because I figured I would get over it. I never did that still leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. To make it even worse, my radio, malfunctioned, when updating, which apparently is not totally uncommon, so I took it to Chevrolet dealership on smoky park highway. Now I am a business owner. My time is valuable just like everybody’s. They left me sitting in the waiting room for eight hours only to tell me we don’t know what to do, but will probably just replace your radio😢 So I make a new appointment a week later after four hours I my radio was replaced. All seemed well until I noticed that none of my auxiliary jacks worked for charging phones or any devices upon returning to the dealership I was told you’re going to have to make another appointment.!!! Of course I say well you fixed it but you didn’t fix it right can you just fix it right so I don’t lose more time and money sitting here I was never offered a courtesy vehicle, so honestly, this is my first Chevy in my life and I’ve got to say that I’m really disappointed with the overall customer service from both of these dealerships 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I recently bought my wife a brand new Subaru from prestige Subaru. She gets a lifetime free oil changes. They even gave her a courtesy car when it was going to be a two hour wait for her to get her car serviced. They have went above and beyond to make my wife feel like a valued customer. I never saw anything even close to the service that they’re giving her for buying a $30,000 car More
