Very thankful! 2012 Kia Hybrid driving on the freeway and heard a loud bang. Message said stop and do not drive. I called the 800 # and they towed my car to Sunset 2012 Kia Hybrid driving on the freeway and heard a loud bang. Message said stop and do not drive. I called the 800 # and they towed my car to Sunset, even though Renton was closer, I prefer Sunset, but the 800 # didn't even ask about the closet dealership service, when I said Sunset. The Sunset Rep Nate, immediately had the problem diagnosed, had ordered the parts and already confirmed that it was covered under warranty. I was given a 2019 Kia for a loaner. I drove the loaner for over a week while we waited for the parts. The damage was over $5000 for the transmission part alone, and they even diagnosed and had fixed an oil leak. Even though there was tornado warning for the warranty claims office Nate persevered in securing the coverage and I didn't have to do anything. Nate called and left a prompt message for when my car was ready. I wasn't even able to pick up my car until the next day. I have my Optima back, and it runs perfectly. Thank you Sunset! More

From my experience to the experience that was given to other customers that I noticed while I waited. Plus the quoted estimated time was spot on!
