First time in for an oil change and the service rep was very polite and respectful. In addition to the oil change they rotated my tires, hand washed my car and gave me a multi point inspection report. I’ll very polite and respectful. We had a serious problem and explained that there was a two day window. They identified the problem, searched half of Florida for the parts, and sent a man to Tampa to get said parts. Next morning, got rig two day window. They identified the problem, searched half of Florida for the parts, and sent a man to Tampa to get said parts. Next morning, got right on the job, got it all fixed, and called me to get the car with a couple hours to spare. Oh, did I mention my "loaner" was a brand new Sportage... These people go above and beyond to give their customers wonderful service. I will always appreciate their effort on my behalf! More
