We were delighted with our first KIA so when it was time to trade we bought another. I have had the KIA SOUL serviced at your shop and have always been happy. WENT to look at new cars the dealership sent a few flyers for 5 gold coins .I went to several promotions .They never have what they promise . I returned 3 times during one promotion they never honored the pr for 5 gold coins .I went to several promotions .They never have what they promise . I returned 3 times during one promotion they never honored the promotion. I f they do not honor their own promotion what kind of a deal are you going to get. I have bought 6 cars/ trucks from the sunset group . That being said when I reached out to contact the sunset group you are unable to get a location.So if they hide the corporate office they must be sketchy More

Awful service department Customer service is nonexistent. Service department is poorly run and managed. I will not go back for so many reasons. I spoke with the extended warranty company and they even suggested I use a different dealership. The lack of communication and the extended time to do a simple repair are unacceptable. Sunset Kia said they didn’t have a loaner or replacement vehicle until after the warranty company called them on my behalf. Only until then did they approve a rental car from enterprise. Mistakes made were blamed on others. Someone needs to take ownership and provide basic customer service. Honesty goes a long way. Very disappointed with Sunset Kia. More
Great Experience My husband wanted to buy me a new car and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted an Alien Green 2019 Kia Soul. He first went to the dealer that offe My husband wanted to buy me a new car and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted an Alien Green 2019 Kia Soul. He first went to the dealer that offered free cruises got everything worked out and at signing they would not let us use our financing for that price which was a 2% difference. My husband refused and left. Called other dealers. Sarasota Kia said they would give us the same price and let us use our own financing. Plus they just had a 2019 Alien Green Soul come in that morning. By the time we got there the car was sitting out from all cleaned up, full tank of gas, and ready to go. The paper work was all ready for us to sign using our financing with the ending financed amount being exactly what was quoted. SO easy. Very pleasant. Very professional. No stress experience. More

I was in for service and my Bluetooth was not working and the service person didn't know what to do and he tried to get someone to help him and I guess no one would or could pair my phone for me. I will use a different store for service and when I am ready to buy I think I will find a different store. More

I always go online and get pricing before I buy a car but this was my girlfriends purchase and she did not know what car she wanted before we got there. The salesperson did a good job helping her find the car that was right for her but when it got to pricing they tried charging us $1200 over sticker price because of a $25 pin stripe they installed. On the lot I explained that we didn't want to pay that crazy price and the salesperson explained to us that he would take care of it. I actually feel bad for the salesperson because I don't get the feeling it was his fault. Of course when we sit down and as for a good deal he comes back with the full $1200 over sticker price we explained we didn't want to pay. When we went to leave of course the manager had to talk with us before we could get the keys to our own vehicle. Iike I want to talk to the guy who just tried ripping me off on a car purchase. My sister bought a car from this dealership and got a great price and a fair trade in but she went online first. I guess they give good deals online and try to rip off the people that don't pre negotiate their deal. We went to faccillo and payed $4000 less and we are going to go on a cruise together for free. Pretty cool to save 4K and get a cruise. More
Mark Brown makes an excellent presentation: He listens! We went in to Kia with a very specific new vehicle in mind, thanks to Consumer Reports' giving the Sorento a favorable review. I contacted the dealer We went in to Kia with a very specific new vehicle in mind, thanks to Consumer Reports' giving the Sorento a favorable review. I contacted the dealership ahead of time and was transferred to salesman Mark Brown; I explained what we were looking for and what our personal eccentricities required. When we arrived at the dealership, Mark was waiting outside to greet us, having pulled a Sorento which exactly matched the requirements I had listed. He proceeded to explain and demonstrate the various features, and then we took the car out for a test drive. I very much appreciated that Mark did not try to dictate where we drove -- some salesmen do so to minimize bad features, e.g., poor suspension, etc., but Mark did none of that. As we drove Mark asked us further questions and helped us come to more fully appreciate all the car had to offer. While we ended up not buying from him or this dealership, it was only because of a specific unusual physical handicap one of us has which made the vehicle impractical for us. In the end, we would have preferred to continue dealing with Mark Brown. More
